BABA SAHEB AMBEDKAR -The Real Bharatha Ratna

Dr.Ambedkar is one the very few people whose story I have studied in my childhood.
I never understand which  idiot got the worst idea in the history of mankind to split the people based on caste.
This man was born more than a century ago when the word caste ran the society.The history is well known from there on.But what does Abhinay want to say in this post of Ambedkar jayanthi ? only one thing Baba Saheb saw this country  out  of the internal walls built amongst the people.But today I hear people saying
       "Definitely, he belongs to so and so caste /religion so he deserves respect"
       "He belongs to my caste so I voted him "
     I can openly declare that even today the word caste has a lot of prominence .The results in the elections are determined based on the caste factor . As a common man I can only request the leaders " Please don`t kill my country the british slaughtered her for 200 years along with this casteism devil,the british left but the casteism has to go I think its time to see through the word caste.Its time ,awake."
              WHERE the mind is without fear and the head is held high

               Where the world has not been broken up into fragments

               Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection

Tagore said this and this poem has been a source of inspiration to me.Felt like sharing it here .Ambedkar created the constitution which provides the best possible freedom in the world but Dr.Bhim Rao I`m sorry to say this my people are not ready to take this much of freedom .They never understand the meaning of democracy .We need you back Ambedkar ,Yes we need you back, at least  then my people would understand the meaning of democracy .Any way as an admirer of you I will always be with you and will of course ,follow your principles. Happy Birthday to the greatest leader of the poorest people in  India.

Yes I am a Twitter Freak!!!!!!!!

Twitter !!!! The name sounds strange to you ????? Then mate there is no point in using the web ,you better be off. The striking aspect of twitter is the ease in using it and the ease with which it brings use close to the celebrities.Whenever I feel like I`m down I simply open my twitter profile.The WordwebPro says the word twitter means "Make high-pitched sounds, as of birds".Let the world listen to your sweet voice. With the advent of twitter I came to know that celebs are  no different to the common man .They too feel bored ,even bored than I do !!! surprising ! I stopped using orkut and facebook since I signed up with twitter.Now I think I face the difficulty, may be I`ll have to reintroduce myself to my friends on orkut and FB. Now I think even Google got scared of twitter and it started Buzz . The reply you get from from a celeb to your tweet gives you the kick which you don`t even get in the last puff of a cigarette or the first kiss of your life(Didn`t experience neither ,so I`m playing safe-:).Hummm the next thing I `d say is about the bolly Tweeple .Earlier bollywood moved on mafia now ,I here by announce ---Bollywood moves on Twitter . Tharoor  added political flavour to the twitterverse 

IPL made me even mad, modi makes it lively on Twitter ,warne ,yuvi,viru,sachin,and many others ,almost all of them are on twitter. What did I learn?  The best question to ask now. I learn`t how effective of social networking media can be. For example , people on twitter should have known about Sania Mirza`s wedding much quicker than many other people.Not just this idiotic example but there are many ,I came to know about yuvi`s injury before the champions trophy last year when dravid and sachin wrote about it on their twitter pages.These examples are trivial ,follow TOI india you will get news as fast as instant coffee. And there are always common people ,you can always go through what is on their mind .Like FB, twitter may not have many  applications .But the driving force behind twitter is KISS(keep it short and simple).The Tweet may short but it is like a sort of sweet.Wa hh kya ryming hai!! yes twitter makes me creative, challenges me to think and write innovative tweets .I don`t understand why people have buzz and twitter accounts only to just read what others think.Come out folks ,write out what is on your mind it doesn`t matter even if it is absolutely garbage. The celebs are the worst tweeple I think, with a little bit of innovation most of us can be more interesting than them.Come on ,don`t shy out. After all this ,if you just think I am just a twitter freak just tweet off from here!! Else sign up with twitter and  carry your friends in your mobile phone free of cost .Don`t forget to follow me @abhi328 on twitter . Without Twitter there is no point in using the web today you are miles behind the world ,start running even now atleast you can catch up with them in time.Finally,Yes I`m a Twitter freak .Hope to see you soon on twitter.

Why I attend emls?

After coming to IIT M I have given my heart and soul not to miss an EML(Extra Mural Lecture). I can`t express in my words how much I get inspired each time I attend an eml .
A friend asks me "What do you get by attending an Eml ?doesn`t it matter to you even  if you waste your time listening to the fool coming and speaking whatever comes to his mind?"
Dear friend ,Yes it matters .My Time is valuable ,so is the case with the speaker .The person has been invited to an IIT ,remember.
I can share one thing out my experience I haven`t ever thought that I have wasted my time by attending an EML.It may not bother you but it definitely bothers me if can`t listen to Kiran bedi whom I have been reading about since I was a child. It matters a lot to see Vijay Amritraj who inspired India . And it makes a difference to meet Jai prakash narayan IAS , a role model in my life. It is great to have the gutty Nanditha das between us.The leading economists of India Motek singh Ahluwalia and Y.V.Reddy can never be missed . A moving dictionary Justice Venkatachala can`t be ignored. In addition to all this Saarang and Shaastra provide an opportunity to listen to the greats of the world.One thing I have learnt from the last Eml I attended is that never ever underestimate the speaker by the lack of popularity.Barring carlos ghosn`s Eml to be an NDTV interview I call Sunitha Krishnan`s lecture as the most recent one I have attended and it is indeed the best so far.Even the person with the toughest heart would have shed a tear that day.
In addition to all this there is always NSS which calls great speakers. In fact they called JP. And Refections is doing a good job.VSC is always there but I rarely attend their sessions.
I would rate the EML`s in this order














Sorry ,friends my mind is not allowing me to rate.Each of the EML is special in its own way .This years EML team is really great ,I know most of them by name but I`m sure only one or two among them at least know my name .Any way you guys rock .As promised in one of my earlier posts I`ll brief Ms.Bedi`s eml.She said that there are 3 M`s governing excellence Mastery in your region,active Membership of a group (society or institute etc.,) ,higher Meaning to life.She directly questioned us what we have contributed to the nation which is paying us a lot.We could n`t  answer .I don`t know about others I personally could n`t answer.The poorest of my country is paying me and I`m enjoying here. My mind calmed me down"What can I do I`m still a student".I think Dr.Bedi was reading minds then she quoted the beauty"IF BEING IN IIT YOU DON`T,THEN WHO WILL?" .
If you don`t then who will?
Yes Abhinay if you don`t then who will .Any way , it was memorable to be with the dynamic lady for few hours .

What`s True?

Firstly I regret the fact that I haven`t been posting for so long.secondly for not writing the post on the extramural lectures(eml) I attended and as promised in the last post I don`t have enough time(??!!!) to write about Sachin and I regret it.But I `ll write a post before the semester ends on all the emls I attended and a special one for the young tendulkar.Is the time really tight ? yes indeed. I `m not speaking about myself but about our mother nature.

I see people less 20 yrs of age using lift in my hostel I never understand why?

On the other hand I see people who never ever switch off their lights and fans 24/7

Don`t get excited............ I just copied the poem from some where but it still attracts,the poem makes you think ..But I say thinking is only the first step towards the 1000 mile journey ,there is lot more left you have to act not just think .
What`s true?
I don`t believe the mayan calender but I believe the truth .I strongly believe that earth is a small place but a beautiful one please let it be as it is don`t create more disasters .
20 year olds using lifts to reach 1st and 2nd floors to go and sleep in the class ???????
Indicates how fit we are today but one thing I can say is that there will time for fun ,grief, love and lust but we an earth for all that . So please follow the earth hour and let your friends know about it ,most important thing is force them to follow it .
And the Lord said Let there be Light and I say "Let there be EARTH"

The essence of elections

Elections, the word is very common in any democracy.

The elections play a key role in the development if something is wrong with a governing body,

the voters show their wrath .But , the elections I am going to speak about here are the elections 

of IITM. My God what has happened to these people. Today while going to mess a bunch of young 

mikes started roaring vote for /////,vote for;;;;;;;;,vote for^^^^^^. I felt like shouting BOYCOTT THE ELECTIONS . Please campaign don`t kill ppl. The secretaries who get elected forget you 

dear campaigner . Don`t waste your time . Thought I `d write a post about Kiran Bedi`s Extra Mural Lecture I have attended recently .But these first year guys forced me to write this post.

Next post is going to rock.And after that its gonna be master blaster all over. I have no words to write abt his double. i`ll have to muster courage to write about the master

My first Poems

These were the poems I wrote a couple of years ago . The poet in me died after that. I thought so.
But luckily while going through my old dairy two papers fell down and here we go
FROM THE DEEP OF MY HEART
I was born on the earth
when the world was in the dark
while the fraternity was dearth
the connotation at which the dogs bark

From the deep of my heart
arose the blaze of the Sun
persuading me to change at least a part
of the world submerging in the rain of ruin

But,condone me, dear for the importune
without seeding the change in myself
that would bring me,my country and the world a fortune
then I could soon see the world`s problem a dwarf.

THE SUBMERSION OF THE FAWN IN PAIN

Through the break of the dawn
I could see a fawn,drown
I tried in a vain to toss a coin
Pondering to antagonise the submersion
of the fawn in pain.

In the light of the moon, listening to a sermon
I admit soon, that the fawn ,
is my own gorgeous dream ,sewn
with the compassion for the situation
of an Indian , the deity the world of modern.

My coin rushed like a train into a drain
but the dream is mine, we have people who shine
unlike the coin which ruins the human
the number of planets is nine;are you fine sans wine
to define that the mighty of the nine, is the India of mine

Donno what made me write like this at that age ,I really regret that the poetic Abhinay died.
Today, I am not able to look at the world with a poetic eye. I was sixteen when I wrote these poems .Perhaps, that might be the reason for the deep feelings in the poems
Interestingly, the title of the blog is abhinay4change the first poem speaks about change .So, folks the change has started and it will persist. Got to write something really interesting in the next post stay tuned:)

QUIZ TIMES AT IIT

It`s really frustrating to waste time during exams but that`s I `m doing r8 now!!!!!!!
Sleeping cycle turns weird during the quizzes .I have the most peculiar style in quiz sleeps.
I sleep in patches every alternate hour.Of course we always have at least one boring prof. to make up for the sleep lost. SLEEPO RAKSHATI RAKSHITAHA .

People surprise me with the amount of concentration they posses in this time .humm the man inside me says "Never mind Quizzes come and go but Abhinay is local He`ll stay and stay and stay and stay and stay and stay and stay and stayand stay and stay awake"
